In what will be the first time Libya will have as many as three teams competing, Al-Naser will face Rivers Utd, while Al-Akhdar will compete against Plateau United. The third Libyan side Al-Ahly Tripoli, which was dropped from the CAF Champions League, was paired against Marumo Gallants of South Africa.
The first leg of this round of matches will take place on November 2, and the second leg will be played on November 9.
