January 26, (THEWILL) – The Special Adviser on Strategy, Performance and Project Monitoring to Edo State Governor, Sarah Ajose-Adeogun, has resigned.
Ajose-Adeogun, a former Senior Manager with the Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited (SPDC), reportedly resigned on Thursday.
In a post on her Facebook page, Ajose-Adeogun wrote: “l came, l saw and l conquered.”
While Ajose-Adeogun did not disclose the cause of her action, THEWILL, however, gathered that it may not be unconnected to the politics of the 2024 governorship election in the State.
Her resignation came just over a month after former Chief Press Secretary (CPS), Andrew Okungbowa, resigned from his position.
